Wonderful idea. As a neurodivergent individual, I often struggle at professional events (especially staff parties) to determine the correct format of greeting other people. This is often even more difficult, as I work remotely, so sometimes I can be meeting someone for the first time in-person, despite knowing them for months. Perhaps others feel this way, but my brain and body don't always match up when this happens. It can feel like I've never met this person before, because technically I haven't! These badges are a wonderful idea, because they give the individual, neurodivergent or not, the opportunity to determine other people's boundaries, as well as expressing their own. I'm definitely more of a "High-five person", but others may not be. I believe all events could benefit from these, because everyone should have the opportunity to express how they would like to be greeted.
