Juneteenth is a special day that teaches us about freedom and fairness. A long time ago, on June 19th, 1865, the last group of enslaved people found out they were free. At Hourly, we want to remember this important day. We know there is still work to do to make things fair for everyone, especially at work. We promise to: - Pay everyone fairly - Hire more Black people at our company - Support Black-owned businesses - Teach our team about being kind to all people We will keep working hard every day to make things better. To our Black friends and customers: we support you and will keep trying to make things more fair. This Juneteenth, let's all work together to build a future where everyone has the same chances to do well.
