Memory lane 🤔 This picture popped up in my memories today and reminded me of how much opportunity and breadth of experience I’ve been fortunate enough to gain at Amazon over the last 8.5 years. This was taken back in 2019 when I led the Candidate Experience Program team for EMEA Ops TA (as it was at the time). We were filming content for the Amazon.jobs website staring yours truly! 🫣(Content that still exists on the Luxembourg 🇱🇺 landing page today). We achieved some great things including building TAs first ever Candiate Support Services team (think customer services for candidates). The program still exists today and services 1000’s of candidate queries globally each year, providing a more engaging and frustration free experience. Each opportunity has afforded the opportunity to learn and grow increasing and deepening my skill set each time. What’s the lesson? Embrace new opportunities, step out of your comfort zone, don’t be afraid to think big, or ask for help if needed as you take on new challenges. Every day is a school day! 😉 #amazon #thinkbig #growthmindset

Today marks the end of an incredible chapter! After seven enriching years at Amazon, filled with growth, learning, and unforgettable experiences, it's time for me to bid farewell to this remarkable journey. When I joined Amazon on February 13, 2017, I embarked on a voyage that transcended mere employment—it became a transformative part of my life. Over the years, I had the privilege of embracing four distinct roles within this dynamic ecosystem, each offering unique challenges and opportunities. Amazon's legendary Day 1 culture has been my guiding light, instilling in me the relentless pursuit of innovation, the courage to embrace ambiguity, and the unwavering commitment to deliver results that matter. The customer-centric ethos ingrained in every aspect of our work has fundamentally shaped my mindset, fostering a deep-seated understanding of "Customer Obsession" as not just a principle, but a way of life. Reflecting on this journey, I'm profoundly grateful for the incredible colleagues who have been my mentors, collaborators, and friends. Together, we've tackled challenges head-on, celebrated victories, and forged bonds that transcend the confines of the workplace. Your passion, dedication, and shared pursuit of excellence have been the cornerstone of our collective success. Our paths may diverge, but the indelible imprint of our time together will forever remain. As I bid farewell, I carry with me invaluable lessons and experiences that will continue to shape my path ahead. Here's to new beginnings, continued growth, and the enduring bonds forged through shared experiences. Farewell, Amazon—it's been an honor and a privilege. #Amazon #LeadershipPrinciples #Day1Culture #CustomerObsession #Grateful #NewBeginnings

“Intense”. That’s what my last interviewer answered at Amazon to my question on “What’s it like”. I have repeated the same since 2021 every time someone asks ☺️. After almost 3 years my #Amazon adventure is coming to an end and any message is too short to describe what an absolutely amazing and challenging ride it’s been, both professionally and personally. Almost one thousand #Day1 raising the bar along incredibly talented and passionate people who were with me through Tech integration, amazon freight partners, and tech program and product management. Luxembourg, London, Berlin, Prague, Barcelona, Seattle…Leadership principles that will stay with me forever (Chime after chime) along with the (infinite) amount of acronyms. Abhishek saini, Taher Beawerwala, Amey Tambe,Shrabana Chakraborty, Annamitra Mahanty, Sebastien De Vuyst, Vignesh Solairaj, Shipra Singh, Sarvita Sethi, Daniel Kasack, Michal Rzeszucinski, Bangali Bangura, Avipsa Mishra, Marisa Blasco Bayona, Katherine Solano, Daniyal Ahmed Silvia Villalobos, Anna Incollingo only to name a few! And my awesome PPM team of Tech Program and product managers Noor Adnan Chris Exton Anand Kelkar Rajesh Javeri Liliana G. Subha Ramadoss Alexandru Florian Chiriac Edson Heller Kenneth Harrison … THANKYOU for all the guidance, energy, positiveness, and learnings I keep from you as a leader, a mentor, a mentee, a colleague, a team member, or a friend. I hope that our paths cross again even if outside a doc review, a workshop or an OP process. With that said, I’m really excited and looking forward to the next chapter I will start in July after a well deserved break (stay tuned)!! #amazonian #lastday #career #leadership #people #tech #ats
