Maharaja Foods will become the latest addition to the empower board. However, I was surprised to see some of the projections and the valuation which came along with the prospectus. Some of the forecasts don't seem realistic or meaningful based on my opinion (which is not necessarily accurate). I'm also wondering that although part of the objective was to finance capex, with strong projected cashflows, the projections expect the company to go virtually debt free in 2 years - meaning do away with an optimum capital structure. Further, post initial capex outlay in FY25E, there is no further capex projected for next 4 years despite ~80% increase in revenue over the same period. In summary, it is shown as a business with a very attractive ROIC. What is the USP here?
