Machine needing repair but nobody knows where is the problem, the item was not completely developed and the lamination tool also need modificatons. so i assumed the responsability in guiding maintenance to do necessary modificatons and repairs in the machine. Also seated with engineers to diacuss about the tool modification. then the difficult setup that waste almost one day to be done before i arrive, changed to a hour and half. I closed the process doing the necessary job instructions how to assembly the item and gave training to the operator.
