Who are you? 💡You have experience with different jurisdictions, being Danish a strong point, and with different European legal systems. 💡 You are comfortable reading and interpreting labor law, and setting up legal entities.  💡 3-5 years of experience in the above. Here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll be doing: 🟣 Strategic Advisory: Be a trusted advisor, optimizing day-to-day international HR operations and responding to employee queries. 🟣HR Transformation: Contribute to important HR projects and policies, identifying people issues and trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions. 🟣Performance Management: Lead performance discussions and disciplinary procedures. 🟣HR Documentation: Prepare HR documentation, maintain records, and draft monthly reports (new joiners, payroll, etc.), while streamlining and documenting processes. 🟣Compliance: Ensure accurate, compliant employment-related payments and deductions, review local legislation, internal processes, and assist with compensation & benefits projects. 🟣Recruitment: Assist in recruitment processes, find the best HR talent globally, collaborate on candidate profiles, develop interview processes, and maintain a pipeline of highly-qualified candidates.
