As a recruiter, I often see candidates struggle with articulating their strengths and weaknesses during interviews. It's important to remember that being honest and self-aware is key in this situation. When discussing strengths, focus on specific examples of how you have used your skills to achieve results in previous roles. This will demonstrate your value to potential employers and give them a clear understanding of what you can bring to their team.
