Meet Byron. Having joined the Ginosko Modular Team in June, 2023. Byron serves as the President of the Company and is also a part owner of the factory operations. Byron brings a wealth of Construction trades experience to the table and is a very valuable asset to the Team. Byron has oversight for the strategic direction of the Factory as well as directly manages the leadership team on the execution of our goals. He is a graduate of Bowie State University. Meet Nedine. Having joined the Ginosko Modular Team in March 2023, Nedine is considered to be a Senior Manager and has oversight for our HR Department. Nedine brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from the manufacturing, automotive , consumer goods and financial service sectors. Nedine obtained her Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from Duquesne University and holds her Professional in HR (PHR) license.

Meet Ryan. Having joined the GM Team in February 2023, Ryan is our Purchasing Manager. He is responsible for negotiating our contracts and bringing in the necessary materials to the Factory. Ryan is a graduate of Baker College where he completed his ungraduate work and brings a host of industry experience to us. Ryan Helme

Meet Alex. He is our Assistant Production Manager. Alex manages the Production Workers and helps create a wonderfully inclusive culture. Originally, joining the team as the Materials Manager, Alex was quickly promoted to his current role. Alex is a graduate of Siena Heights University where he earned his Bachelors of Applied Science. Alex brings prior construction, permitting, and facilities management to the Team. Alex Yepez

Meet Dave. Dave is our Production Manager. Dave originally joined the Team as the Facilities Manager and was quickly promoted to Production Manager. Dave has prior Municipality, Tool-Making, Construction and Facilities Management experience that he brings to the Team.

Meet Ralph. Having joined the team in August 2023, Ralph is the Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager for Ginosko Modular. Ralph served in the U.S. Marines and brings a host of Compliance, Quality and Project Management experience to the Team.

Meet Jeffery. Jeffery joined the Ginosko Modular team in September 2023 as our Purchasing Agent. Jeffery is a graduate of both Baker College and Madonna University. He brings a varied background to the Team from Procurement, Sales, Automotive and the Medical field to the Team.
