🌟 Exciting news! 🌟 GenScript has now the #Circular#ARNA, a groundbreaking technology that is set to revolutionize the field of RNA research. what is it? circRNA is a single-stranded RNA in which the 5’ and 3’ ends join to form a covalently closed loop. The circular structure confers multiple functional benefits, including improved stability and longer expression duration. Contact me for more info :) This innovative platform offers researchers a powerful tool to explore the world of circular RNA, opening up new possibilities for understanding gene regulation and disease mechanisms. I am thrilled to be part of a company that continues to push the boundaries of scientific exploration. Learn more about the Circular ARNA and its potential impact on the future of RNA research by visiting the GenScript website. #CircularARNA #GenScript #RNAresearch #Innovation 🧬🔬 https://lnkd.in/ek2GTUri

The average number of cells profiled in single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-Seq) experiments has doubled each year since 2015. Yet traditional scRNA-Seq technologies have not scaled well nor do they provide straightforward implementation. Join us for a webinar with Parse Biosciences CTO, Charlie Roco. In it, he describes how straightforward it is to get started and scale with Parse's combinatorial barcoding technology, Evercode. Register: https://parse.bio/40ijgwl

RNA is information, RNA is regulation, RNA is structure, RNA is function No other biomolecule plays the number of distinct roles in cellular biology that RNA does Synkrino’s patented SATIS AI discovers novel drug targets and novel disease mechanisms by interpreting the cellular transcriptome - a comprehensive measurement of the coding and regulatory RNA of the cell Attached is an image of the ‘hammerhead ribozyme’ - a molecule actually made of RNA whose function is to both cleave and ligate RNA molecules

#biologyfacts RNA splicing is a form of RNA processing in which a newly made precursor messenger RNA (mRNA) is transformed into a mature RNA by removing the non-coding sequences termed introns. The process of RNA splicing involves the removal of non-coding sequences or introns and joining of the coding sequences or exons. RNA splicing takes place during or immediately after transcription within the nucleus in the case of nucleus-encoded genes. In eukaryotic cells, RNA splicing is crucial as it ensures that an immature RNA molecule is converted into a mature molecule that can then be translated into proteins. The post-transcriptional modification is not necessary for prokaryotic cells. #sciencefacts #biotech #rnasplicing #biotechnology #rnaprocessing #mrna Image from microbenotes
