Obviously, use your judgement, but if it’s appropriate, take the initiative and ask if it’s a possibility to sit down with them. This will show confidence, express interest and truly set you apart from other candidates. And most importantly, it’ll let them know that you’re serious about your career and the opportunity to work with them. But use your own discretion when asking for this, if you're joining a business that's on the large side, it's likely not entirely reasonable to expect to meet with senior management.
