Their diverse expertise and fresh perspectives are driving our continued success.   Capital Raising: Since January, GSP has raised over $400MM in equity through land banking, JV, and Pref deals, supporting a variety of high-impact projects across multiple asset classes.   Securing Significant Funding: This year, we have secured substantial funding with approximately $1B in closings across the US in markets such as NY, Mid-Atlantic, South Florida, and California.    As we look ahead, George Smith Partners is eager to continue delivering exceptional results for our clients and partners. We are thrilled to announce that our NYC office has expanded and relocated to 300 Park Avenue in Manhattan. The office currently has 12 structured finance professionals focused on raising capital for our commercial real estate developer and investor clients. We continue to carry on the legacy that George Smith created over 40 years ago in Los Angeles. Our company’s growth extends beyond NYC with affiliates now located in Dallas, Denver, Seattle, and Washington D.C.

George Smith Partners has successfully arranged a joint venture equity partnership, securing up to $375 million for a prominent land banking investment firm. This capital infusion will be utilized to finance the acquisition and horizontal development of fully-entitled land designated for residential communities across the United States. The JV equity partner closed with an initial investment of $120 million to fund projects already under construction.
