What do Ganesh Chaturthi and impactful leadership have in common? More than you might think … As we welcome Lord Ganesha into our homes and hearts, let’s dive into how this festival mirrors key aspects of leadership and personal growth. Ganesh Chaturthi isn’t just a day; it’s a feeling that fills the air with joy, devotion, and a distinct kind of hustle. The energy everyone puts into preparing for this grand festival, from crafting intricate idols to setting up pandals, is awe-inspiring. Growing up in Mumbai, I found my own source of motivation during these celebrations. I remember helping my neighbors decorate our community pandal one year. Tired but exhilarated, it was then that I realized: the core of any successful endeavor is teamwork and belief in the common vision. It’s the same ethos I carry into every professional project today. It’s no coincidence that we seek Lord Ganesha’s blessings for new beginnings and obstacle-free paths. In a way, we’re all striving for that harmony in our professional journeys. This Ganesh Chaturthi, as you indulge in the divine ‘modaks’ and lend a hand in your community festivities, consider what personal and professional obstacles you can conquer. Find inspiration in the unity, the dedication, and the ceaseless spirit of this occasion. Happy Ganesh Chaturthi to all! #india #business #management #culture

Why Bill Gates Is interested in #India/Bharat? It's a land of opportunity, boasting the world's biggest market and the most affordable labor. It's a hub of innovation and ideas, rich in culture, sacrifice, and love. Despite facing challenges such as basic healthcare, malnutrition, education, political issues, women's safety, and youth unemployment, india remains an opportunity. Think through Bill Gates' lens, I understand the initial hurdles entrepreneurs and academics may encounter, but the future shines brightly, and their many opportunities in India. So whatever we want to do whether Research, Business, startup and Innovation, it's the best Country or Ecosystem. #students #professor #enterpreneur #founder #ceo #manger #india #iit #iim #job

Why do American businesses go to India and other countries. What about America. We are hungry for work here. Not because America has overflow of opportunities. Not because American adults are not good in Technology. I have seen Engineers driving Uber, becoming realtors or doing something else because of not many opportunities . Lot of mouths and few jobs. It’s painful. 1. There is no tax benefits to businesses investing in America 2. The cost of living is so high that reasonable cost labor is not possible 3. They go invest in other countries not because they feel great about helping others. It’s because they want to save money for themselves. They don’t care they are taking American jobs away. 4. These businesses are not charitable organizations. They only care for their profits when they take American jobs away. 5. Politicians don’t question them and don’t care about billions of jobs they take away every year from America leaving Americans jobless and depriving American small business. 6. No politician is interested in fixing outsourcing bulk jobs. That’s not there in their agenda. They only care about talking about abortion rights and LGBT or no LGBT rights. 6. No politician talks about reducing labor cost by reducing cost of living. 7. No politician talks about reducing housing taxes and mortgage interest rates. 8. Those people whose bellies are full will never understand others pain. One thing everyone should know where you live that is your home. If you are an Indian American or whoever who is doing outsourcing it doesn’t matter. You must make sure you are keeping jobs here. If you deplete where you live , you will have nothing left for you, your children and your future generations and the future of America will be in dark. The word play of outsourcing is a killer. These are like taking jobs and opportunities away. If there is no water in the well. One will not have water to drink and if one don’t drink water they will die. To raise families one needs money. Money comes from employment. Since I came to America. I have seen some second generation and third generation Americans. They have no choice to do blue collar jobs. Because whatever money you make that will disappear in couple of years the moment you retire. Unless you are a smart investor. The government doesn’t educate people to secure their old age. Many people migrate because they can’t afford to live in America. Those who live are drained. When I came I saw old people working. I felt respect for the old. But I didn’t know that they are struggling and working against their wishes. Don’t dig graves for self and future generations Americans. Wake up before it’s too late. What is this chaos in this country. Why is there no Peace and happiness in this country. Why people are so exhausted and are in rat race. Why can’t people live a normal healthy peaceful life here in America. No politician or government can solve your problems if you don’t wake up soon.
I learn something new and inspiring every time I visit India—and my latest trip was no exception. As always, I was blown away by the ideas and inventions coming out of this country.
