“I applied for the job at Promova because I knew the product and how good it was. And I only work with brands that I strongly believe in.” Viktoriia Khutorna (Tori Torn), Global Communications Specialist at Promova, was a Promova user before becoming a Promova team member. Her love for languages and the app inspired her to join the company, and working for Promova pushed her to immerse herself in languages even more. Our team is increasing rapidly but once people join, they want to stay too! Kim-Lauren Bisterfeld has been at Harbiz for just over a year so we asked her what it's like to be onboard the Harbiz Rocket Ship, check out what she had to say below! What brought you to Harbiz originally? When Harbiz opened the German Market they were searching for an Intern in Sales Development. At the time I was studying Business Administration with a focus on Innovation and Sales so when I saw the open position on LinkedIn I thought that the role fit perfectly with my studies, so I jumped on the next plane to Madrid and joined Harbiz! What do you enjoy most about your role at Harbiz? Wow, I don´t know where to start! From the very beginning it was a role where you needed to learn fast, adapt to processes and get stuck in as much as possible. I love being a part of the process of opening a new Market because you don't just have one thing to do - there is so much you can help out with! This makes your day to day life super interesting and the amount you learn is incredible! What skills have you developed or improved since joining Harbiz? I have developed so much as a person both professionally as well as personally. Professionally I have learned a lot about Business Development and Sales but also about all the other Departments we have. The good thing about Harbiz is that you can schedule a Meeting with anyone and learn what they are doing, it doesn't matter if its Finance, Marketing or even Coding, if you want to learn more about something - you can ask them to teach you - which I love.

Got into a 4 weeks Sprint program with Co.Lab 🚀 joincolab.io, I am glad I sent that email and follow through with Sefunmi Osinaike. When I was told there will be a sprint to further improve my skill and prepare me for the next phase in my career, I didn't hesitate to start. During the first week, I had to ideate and come up with a problem space, and then came week 2, researched further on the problem, carried out survey and interviewed users. Currently in week 3 where I iterate on my spec and features for my product. So far my product portfolio is looking great if i must say myself. I look forward to week 4 to finalize on the product and showcase it. Thanks to my peer group,Avani Patwardhan,Jennifer Crime and @Isabel Andrade for the feedback during our weekly meetings. Couldn't have asked for a better team. Lisa Nguyen My Mentor, I appreciate you for sharing from your wealth of knowledge and experience. Back to the place where my strength was moulded in a way that built me! Hello Linkedin fam, I am excited to be fully back here on Linkedin. I started out my journey on Linkedin a few months ago and I must confess, my orientation about being a professional got better. I had a couple of offline activities that took me off here for some months but I am excited to be back here. Here is a quote from Brain Tracy that always stands out for me ‘’Continuous learning is the minimum requirement for success in any field". A new layer has been added to my coat and I am so proud of how much I have learnt in palmpay for the past two years. As we prepare to celebrate palmpay at four, I look back and I am in awe of how far I have grown and develop in a space of 2 years. Here is a reminder that nothing is impossible as long as you set your mind upon it. Two years ago when I started with Palmpay, I joined the inbound team, and a year after I became a team leader and this has helped me pass my knowledge to the new Customer Service Representative joining the Company. The strength of what you have learnt lies in being able to teach another then the circle goes on and we have a world filled with knowledgeable individuals in their spheres of career. I look at my NOW and I am excited about what the future holds as I keep building and changing the narratives. I am Oluwatobiloba and I am passionate about seeing positive changes and growth in the lives of individuals. #growth #development #increase #fintech #teamtrainning

Focus on the Quablers 🔍 Meet SDR, Emma! What is your job at Quable? 💼 My role as SDR at Quable is above all to help our new customers find a solution that will enable them to meet all their needs through a relationship of trust. My first task is to find out who I'm talking to, what their business is, and what their role is, so I can find out how I can help them with our Quable solution. During our first exchanges, active listening will be the key to my success, as it will enable me to determine whether I have a role to play on behalf of the brand. As a result, once I've identified the context and validated the start of the project, I'll direct our customers to our Account Executives to deepen and continue the project. What does "Work From Anywhere" mean to you? 🌍 Having this opportunity to work from any city is a plus for me in my everyday life. I'm originally from Bordeaux, and this means I can go home several times a year to be close to my loved ones while staying connected. It's also an advantage as I live in the Paris suburbs, so 2 hours less of transport per day is a time-saver and makes my days more productive, so I can concentrate more easily on my courses and take more time for myself and my activities. Even though I love coming into the office to share a good lunch with my colleagues from time to time. What are your hobbies besides being a Quabler? 😎 Outside of work, I'm passionate about fashion: the world of haute couture and luxury makes me dream through the various fashion shows and designer creations I follow every year. I'm also an adventurer who loves discovering lots of new places, I'm passionate about museums, castles and the history of our country. I also spend a lot of time with my friends playing board games, and the simple moments in life are my favorite with my loved ones. #WorkFromAnywhere #Quable #Remote #BestTeamForBrands
