GE Appliances have been marching in the Pride Parade in Louisville since 2017. Every year it's gotten bigger and better. We see a lot of floats out here now, and we were pretty early on that. This float started in 2019. We bought the trailer, we built it up from a flatbed. Every year we've been adding different things. We just try to get more people at the parade o walk with us every single year. We are so excited to represent and be one of the four companies in Louisville that scored 100 on the Corporate Equality Index, the Equality 100 really measures our inclusive benefits, our policies. Doesn't matter if you're a same sex partner, opposite sex partner, married domestic partner, we've got you covered. This will be my third Kentuckiana Pride. Both the ERG and the fact that our CEO comes to these events, I feel so seen and supported. Obviously, it's great to be here with everybody at the company and to feel that support. Outside of work also, and this is a very physical way we show up, we are going to be out here in the hundreds marching to celebrate Pride and our LGBTQ plus employees and our communities. When you're in college and you have no idea who you want to work for, but you can see a company that connects to who you are on a personal level, it would have drawn me to them. We want to be a place that people want to come and work and live and be a part of the community. And so it just sends a signal about who we are and what we care about and our commitment to our employees and the community.
