Today we carried out the last of our current assessment mornings in the search of new talent to join the business as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. We learnt so much about our candidates. We got to know them as individuals, putting them at ease so that they could perform at their best and we really appreciated their feedback on how the experience we created had boosted their confidence and how they had personally benefited whatever the outcome.
