Sadly this messaging often just preaches to the choir. Unfortunately there are people saying sugar is the new villain and don’t listen to this message. It’s just transitory.

Sugar is so addictive, it's hard to shut the food noise off in your mind! Yes a diet rich in real whole foods, exercise, sunlight, and mindfulness will always be first and foremost to improve one's health and wellness. Great information in this post!

Only if they don’t avoid the things that create an environment for Alzheimer’s to exist. Hopefully people will start shifting their life choices by then! Yeah, don’t wait for symptoms as it starts many times decades before very noticeable symptoms show up! Great post!
