Our mindset is so key, friends. 🎹 Why? 👇 Because we can truly accomplish so much if we get "in tune" with our mindset and how we think. 🧠 This morning was a very important milestone for me as I ran in pace my very first 10K. 🏆 Lots of training was involved to get here, for sure. There were so many instances where I wanted to stop, to quit, to give up. My mind tried to tempt me to stop jogging and to start walking, but I knew I was getting closer and closer to my goal if I kept going! ✅ Friends, similar to our job search and career journeys, it can be so very tempting to give up and stop, 🛑 But, if we allow our minds to have positive affirmations and tell ourselves that we can do it, then we will act with more intention and grace than ever before. 🧡 And, surround yourself with folks who believe in you no matter what. 🧡 I would not have done this today if it was not for the support of my family, friends, and you all here. 😀 👉 Are you "in tune" with your goals?
