😎 Let’s dive into winning the #investment game 🔎 Part 3 of the excerpt from our study The journey to an impactful #digital offering starts with a mindset shift: 💡 Think from the outside in - Explicitly focus on the core needs of different generations in process design and #UX/UI - Start consistently with the question: what do customers want and how can we make it easy for them to get/use/find it? 💡 Communicate like a media company - Similar to how media companies bring facts to life through stories - Bringing offers to life through emotions instead of creating boredom with dry facts 💡 Act like a technology company - In the spirit of fail-fast, implement innovative solutions that generate customer benefit in a timely manner We recognize that these changes require a productive dialog with Legal and Compliance. In our experience, explaining the rationale behind these changes and addressing the concerns of the control functions is somewhat time consuming, but it will pay off. The inhibition threshold with regards to investing is real. In many cases, the financial advisor is the right way to help people in embracing the opportunities.
