Based on my experience today, I’m more than a little surprised Frontier has stayed in business this long. 8 hour delays that turn into cancellations is all I know. Ultimately, it’s the frontline customer service reps that have to try to clean up the mess. Perhaps the PR team and those responsible for scheduling should be here as well. We are right here in Denver after all.

2wFrontier Airlines, would like to share a real experience, we are having with Frontier Airlines. My wife Divya Thakkar travelled using Frontier Airlines from Philadelphia to Buffalo on Sunday June 23rd Morning at 8:10AM with my 2.5 years old daughter. She had purchased a Check-In Bag ($64 each way) separately as she was going to Canada to stay with her parents for few weeks. After landing and waiting for an hour for her Check in bag to arrive at baggage claim she realized that Frontier had lost her bag. She was asked to fill out the baggage claim form which she did and was assured that her bag will reach her final destination in Canada the next day (June 24th). In the hope that bag will arrive, she did not purchase anything for her and my daughter same day. Starting next day, June 24th it begins the never ending back and forth between us (my wife, her brother, myself) and Frontier Airlines through long Whatsapp chats, where Airline promises to get the back within 72 hours while the status online still shows searching. Today (July 8th) marks 16days of waiting and we are still being told the same thing "Still Searching" and no timeline for the bag. Barry Biffle I am interested to know that how are you planning to resolve this?
