A few weeks ago, we brought together our colleagues and partners for our annual Customer Conference – a day dedicated to celebrating our successes, obsessing over our customers, and looking ahead, as we further our vision to build the planet’s most admired and compelling ecosystem. We were also joined by Sonia Gleeson from TikTok and five-time Olympic swimmer, Mark Foster, who shared their inspirational stories. At a time when e-commerce is constantly evolving, we are staying ahead of the curve with our digital elevation programme where we are obsessing over our customers to create sector-leading products and experiences.
Was always a fabulous event for vendors and staff a like! Execution has definitely moved on from the first one around 2010? 😂 but I am sure that the principals around it’s purpose remains consistent!
