🚀 MISSION 10/10/10 IS ON! I’ve plucked up the courage to tell you our monumental goal, even though it scares the living daylights out of me! The reason I’m now willing to publicly share the monumental goal that we’ve set ourselves, is because confidence is building that we can and will achieve it. So I’m burning the boats and telling the world. At the turn of the year, Jonny and I had a goal-setting session where we challenged ourselves to raise the bar. For those that don’t know, we’ve grown our football coaching franchise nationwide and now have eighty franchisees operating across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Our mission is to make football fun for everyone and to put our truly unique experiences on the doorsteps of families and children across the nation. Back in December, with our January and March franchise launches locked in, we set our sights on our growth across our July, August and November cohorts. We discussed the more positive economic outlook, growth of our brand, our social media success and what we could do to up our game. Before we knew it, ‘Mission 10, 10, 10’ was set! Thirty new franchisees, launching across three cohorts between July and November. This is a development that will revolutionise our business and brand. When we achieve this ridiculous goal, it will establish us as a franchise brand and football provider on a completely different level. This mission is not borne out of just a desire for business growth, it’s a mission led by two football coaches who want to make a difference. When this lands, we’ll have more than 100 franchises in operation within 5 years. We’ll be coaching way more than 100,000 children annually and making an incredible impact across local communities and wider society. Through our franchise and this step-change of our operation, we will make a difference on another level, meeting the aims of our directors and Head Office team. So enjoy the journey!
