We are incredibly grateful to Tristen Fleck at Intergraded Care Concepts and Brookdale Community College for having Foundations sponsor and participate in the NJ Integrated Mental Health Conference last week! It was wonderful meeting with so many dedicated mental health professionals and providers from New Jersey and the surrounding areas.
