Over the past nine years, I've filled multiple, fractional roles in multiple companies, CEO, CFO, General Counsel and others. I have consistently found the demands to be to try and wear many hats on one head. There just aren't enough quality executives being matched with great companies. I've learned that the current marketplace demonstrates a major shortage of exceptional talent to fill key C-suite roles, particularly in financial management. That's for a CFO, Controller, Director of Finance, Senior Accountant or Analyst. It's not that the talent isn't out there, in fact, there seem to be plenty of job seekers, but there is a significant lag in matching openings and candidates because internal corporate systems can't do all the work that's needed to match the right job to the best person for the job. Seeing the gap, I've partnered with The Executive Movement and Kimberly Shapiro to help solve this problem. We find the most suitable matches for open management level roles in mid-market companies of all kinds. Our goals are very high. With our small team, we want to fill several dozen openings in 2024 and can use your help.
