From Ashes to Innovation: Our Defining Moment Most platforms and founders hesitate to share their backstory—the scars that come with building life-enabling technology. But not us. This page is more than a product showcase; it’s a space to share the raw, behind-the-scenes moments that define our journey. On 17th July 2023, we faced major setbacks we hadn’t anticipated. But instead of staying down, we decided to rise again. We went back to what we do best: building something meaningful from nothing. We took the chaos, the unstructured and uncoordinated mess, and created a harmonious melody. This time, we’re building an AI from scratch. Yesterday, I had the privilege of attending the first day of 🚀 the Autonomous Innovation Summit 🚀, hosted by the Board of Innovation. It was an incredible gathering of world-class speakers sharing insights from various industries. My personal highlights and takeaways include: 💭 Brian Evergreen, author of "Autonomous Transformation," discussed the journey to autonomous transformation and the necessary skills for problem-solving in this new era. 💭 Irina Mirkina from UNICEF inspired with her session on 'Applying AI for Social Good'. A personal highlight for me was her focus on AI's role in education and bridging gaps for children with disabilities. Her insights align with my passion for technology as a force for good, something I'll explore further in my upcoming blog. 👨🏫🤖 Greg Loughnane and Chris Alexiuk from AI Makerspace shared best practices for creating production-ready LLM applications. 💭 Michael Francello shared Shutterstock's AI initiatives and their collaboration with NVIDIA on a 3D Generative Artist Tool. The tool, which was, by the way, announced in March, has generated significant excitement - here is the waitlist: https://lnkd.in/dP--DTiW 💭 Franklin Graves' talk, "From Pixels to Policy: The Law of AI Across the Creator Economy," explored AI's legal aspects in the creator economy, sparking conversations on ethical AI use in content creation. 💭 Hila Lifshitz- Assaf's presentation emphasized the impact of LLM on innovation, highlighting that while AI accelerates idea generation, human interaction remains crucial for truly radical innovation. The event was also a great networking opportunity, and I'm grateful to all who connected with me! I felt lucky to be part of such an innovative business-oriented audience. I'm looking forward to Day 2, especially Steve Chien's talk from NASA about AI in space exploration!
