WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO TELL YOU WHAT YOU PROBABLY DON'T WANT TO HEAR? I say this a lot. To hiring managers and to candidates. The topics usually include: ✔Setting realistic expectations on both sides. ✔Challenges companies might face that they aren't addressing at the start of a search. ✔Missing experience that a candidate doesn't have that they may not realize is holding them back. ✔Taking the time to LISTEN and ADVISE. If you enjoy straight talk we might just be a good match. Hiring can be fun and searching for a new gig can be fun! If you are looking to hire and want another perspective or a candidate that wants intel on the market feel free to reach out! #hiring #accountingjobs

Some food for thought about developing a true partnership with a recruiter 🤝 Hiring Managers, this could be the next best thing you do ✅ 💭 Imagine you receive an email with that unicorn candidate you mentioned 4 months ago because your recruiter never forgot 💭Imagine getting access to the best talent first, because you’re a preferred client 💭Imagine continuously receiving ideal CVs, because they know who you typically look for 💭Imagine catching up every few months for free coffee, market intel, and most likely a chinwag about life (because let's face it, we might even become friends) Hiring for your creative team? Why Timing is Everything Great opportunities are rare. If you miss the boat once, you will struggle later. Why? Because in most cases, companies want to hire someone with: -Affordable compensation -Ability to unlearn and learn A friend who worked as an agency recruiter for 8 years struggled to transition to an internal Talent Acquisition role due to his tenure. Tech companies typically avoid hiring tenured individuals for junior roles and require in-house experience for senior ones. After facing rejections from companies like Nvidia, Google, and Amazon, he realized he had overstayed in his previous position. He took a significant pay cut to join a smaller company, proved himself, and gained in-house experience. In 15 months, he secured a senior role at Microsoft. Lessons here: Whether in recruiting or other industry, you will never be in high demand if you overstay and miss the right timing. Seize opportunities when they arise, and don’t be afraid to take a step back to move forward. Your career is in your hands—be the driver NOT the passenger. I am curious to hear your thoughts. Every hiring team won't be looking for 5 years of experience. Every hiring team won't have the bandwidth to train someone. This is where working with an established recruiter comes into play. We know what the hiring team REALLY want to see in a candidate. Yes, we have the wish list, but we also have the intel on what our hiring teams really want to see on resumes & experience. If a recruiter reaches out to you, take the time to hear what they have to say. #AARonThoughts #hiring #recruitment #candidateexperience

Things are looking up, November has been the most productive month of the year, so what does this mean? No, you can't be silly and impulsive, a person is for life, not just for Christmas 👊🏼🎉…. 🔥 Confidence is slowly returning and optimism is being driven by the stabilising macro economics. 🔥 More companies are hiring again and there are more job opportunities in Product and Tech, there are also lots of opportunities in goto market and revenue. 🔥 we are hiring 😊 If you’re planning to hire early next year it is time to get your act together, take this time now to prepare: 🚀 Gender decoded adverts and job descriptions (yes these are 2 different things) 🚀 Balanced scorecards and hiring panels, operating at pace ❤️ Candidate experience plan, how are you going to ensure everyone has an excellent experience of interacting with you 📊 Ops and admin excellence, the volume is off the scale, you need a whizz behind the scenes operating the date BUT this is an important footnote ❌ We are not out of the woods yet, some of those rounds deposited 2 years ago haven’t yet completed their cycles, especially Series A and B, and there are still a lot of firms that will go under and/or have to make more lay offs and cut backs, this will carry on until Easter. 🤔 So with that in mind, please be considerate when hiring, a person is for life, not just for Christmas 👊🏼🎉 #hiring #recruiting #tech #product numi Reach out to Graeme Scambler if you'd like to learn more about working for numi

Hi connections 🙋🏻♀️this is checklist post for job seekers and appreciation post for hiring people I believe like me a lot more students or engineers asking for referrals nowadays. But some things we must have to prove our dedication to the organization 1. Be courageous 2. Express your enthusiasm in just 300 characters which LinkedIn offers to connect 3. Prepare a clean resume with clear headlines and description about your skillset and experience. 4. Send your resume and if people have any vacant positions they will definitely respond to you because I have myself felt there are especially in tech industry are a lot of best and kind people who are more than happy to refer you if you are eager to learn and serve your skillset. *Talent Acquisition Specialist, Hiring Managers, and SDEs you are doing a great job and helping job seekers to leverage there career thanks a ton. #hiring #hiringmanagers #hr #manager #sdm #softwaredevelopmentmanager #connections #thankyou #Amazon #Google #Apple #Walmart #Reach #JPMorgan #Atlassian
