𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: →uphold clear and consistent rules. 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: →Adapt to diverse learning styles. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 →Create a space that celebrates and respects learning styles. 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿 →Acknowledge conduct and Reward good behavior and achievements. As trainers and facilitators, it's crucial to understand the "One, Two, Share" rule, especially when dealing with reflective and impulsive learners. Reflective learners (like me!) need time to think things through, often realizing later what they wish they'd said. Impulsive learners, on the other hand, process their thoughts verbally, sometimes leaving us reflectors behind. Here's a simple yet effective strategy: 1️⃣ Write: Ask participants to jot down their thoughts first. 2️⃣ Pair: Have them share these thoughts with a partner. 3️⃣ Share: Finally, open the discussion to the entire group.
