4dThis is a complete waste of time for FMCSA to get involved with predatory towing; absolutely no jurisdiction or authority to regulate this activity, unless you have a creative attorney. Next thing you know you’ll be holding listening sessions on how the lack of access to restrooms impacts truck drivers. My recommendation - get your authority back to enforce commercial regulations!
