Here are a couple stats: ✔This search took 55 days compared to our benchmark of 87 days ✔The client met 5 candidates over the phone and 3 onsite 📗 ACCEPTANCE FACTORS: We took Gene through our closing progression, and here’s what we found: 1. Gene wanted to OWN something. Hospitals are big and bureaucratic. His new hospital provided for him the ability to build the perioperative services department from scratch. This was an experience he had previously building a robotics program from scratch. 2. The second reason Gene accepted was because his son was a competitive rodeo rider and travelling to watch his son gave context to his request for extra PTO - the CNO was able to “break the rules” for Gene and that made him feel special.
