Hi Flipkart Flipkart Support Jeyandran Venugopal Kalyan Krishnamurthy Anish Kapoor Respective authority bringing this to your notice on bad customer experience, running this from long time without any resolution after multiple follow up. Raised multiple queries called multiple times. Is this the Quality of delivery refund/replacement and service from Flipkart . Recently I purchased Infinix laptop as per the subjected order Id During BB day. but it's WiFi not working since 2 days received. No icon WiFi same has been updated and raised a return request, till no no refund or return happened. And when I contacted they sayin wait for 2days , same answer from till date. Raised multiple queries non of the agents are willingness to help .also instead they will repaired even though its hardware issue. Either I need a new laptop or give my money back. All the agents are saying wait wait wait no resolution at all. I suggest this issue to be redirected to concerned team or head for resolution or refund of my money. No Return Policy by Flipkart Introduced new return policy by Flipkart is No Return / Nothing / NULL even if you find a return policy. Placed an order on Flipkart and recieved worst quality prodcut sold by Flipkart Assured partner. So I checked return policy on my order (as seen in pics) and it is still valid till Dec 10. But I never know what the meaning of return policy by Flipkart and I tried to returnt it but I never seen any return option on my order. I surpriced and checked the meaning of RETURN in Internet randomly. Still I confused and talked with Flipkart Support or Flipkart Service Center. As you all know what he said: sorry, we don’t have a return policy on your order. #lazyflipkart Flipkart Kalyan Krishnamurthy Worst service ever. Order placed on 12th, shipment arrived Hyderabad on 14th and still Waiting for my delivery. Worst customer service, no response at all. No supervision of their own teams, they claim they don't have any information on the delivery team until the product is out for delivery. No proper information shared between the teams, every agent is lying, One says they don't have option to contact the delivery partners & another agent said she contacted & i will get them delivered today, got one delivered & the delivery agent said there is no other parcel for me. I don't understand if they can't deliver as promised why even bother to take the order. Flipkart is taking money first & using that to run the business & gain profit with our money. If you can't deliver as promised you should deduct the money when the product is delivered, why you take money first use that and gain profit & we have to keep waiting. Worst part is the service team asks us to cancel our plan and wait for the delivery. They don't care if we loose our planning, our bokings our money. The warehouse is within 5kms radius to my location, still it takes 3 days for them to deliver. They don't care about the loss customer has to bear. They just want to Scam people's money. I'm a premium plus member & if this is the situation of a loyal customer, don't know what would happen to a first time customer to Flipkart. One of the agents is making fun of my name.

FlipkartFlipkart Support Hi Team, I have recently purchased Grocery items and i got damaged flour packet. I requested Delivery agent to return it immediately and he asked me to place a return request as he already marked it as "Delivered". So, i connected with customer care and they took my request for return. Another day, i got an email that my request has been rejected and also my account got "Blocked". I am trying to connect with customer care but as per customer care i placed a lot of returns. I request you to check my account and verify count of returns. There are no inappropriate returns. Please let me know what will be the next steps and unblock it on priority. Flipkart Support #helpout

Worst experience in Flipkart 😫 😔 A very very bad experience to me on Flipkart I ordered an mobile on flipkart Initially the delivery date was 15th Feb, later it automatically postponed to 17 th Feb... with patience i waited upto 17th but i didn't get the delivery the comedy thing is, on same store itself daily In and Out scans will be running and same location as well.. even i contacted the flipkart support also..they tell me to wait upto 21st... if i wait upto 21 st also..later they will tell me to wait upto29 th.. i know that.. today date was 18th,,, feeling very about that even delivery date also showing yesterday date.. technically also flipkart is not supportive to customer... if i ask the delivey partner details also they will not giving.. they are saying the same thing as wait wait wait wait.... but my issue was not resolved and no progress anymore..... and one customer support tell me on call as... if u can't wait u can cancel the Order.. this is not the correct way to Deal with the Customers.. i am Hoping,, atleast with the referance of this post they can improve the service ... #flipkart #flipkartforindia #connectingpeople #customersupport #ekart #deliveryservice #logisticscompany #delivery

Binny Bansal Flipkart Support You people are holding my money from last 15th Aug 2023 and provided me a faulty product worth of 45990. Now Flipkart's entire team is irresponsive and everyone is giving false fake commitments and not giving replacement nor refund. Dear Everyone, Please be aware Flipkart is not at all bothering about customer satisfaction instead they are only keeping our hard earned money from last 15th Aug 2023. But every team from the Flipkart are just given false commitments repeatedly rather than giving a replacement. My hard earned money struck with Flipkart where I cannot use the laptop because it is an inoperative and faulty Laptop and they are not providing me replacement and not providing the refund. So i cannot purchase a new laptop. So this is the lesson for everyone who are all online purchases specially #flipkart Please share your experiences in case you have also gone through this situation by any chance.

On 02/04/2024, I placed an order with high hopes, only to be met with frustration and inconvenience. Despite the promised delivery date of 07/04/2024, my order is still nowhere to be found. This isn't just about a delayed package; it's about accountability and customer service. It's disheartening to see how some companies fail to uphold their end of the bargain, leaving loyal customers like myself feeling neglected and undervalued. As consumers, we deserve better. I feel compelled to share my recent distressing encounter with Flipkart's customer service regarding the purchase of a 65-inch LG TV (Order ID: OD429395147637945100). Upon delivery on October 27th, the TV was promptly found damaged during installation the next day. Despite reporting the issue immediately and enduring a technical snag while processing the return request, the resolution was far from swift. The numerous setbacks and delays have not only affected the financial investment but have also taken a toll on my family's peace of mind. My father, who invested his hard-earned savings in this purchase, is under considerable stress and anxiety, aggravating his health issues. Our numerous attempts to resolve this matter have only added to the emotional strain, impacting my family's well-being. The promised resolution dates keep changing, and the ongoing uncertainty has been unbearable. I implore you to understand the gravity of this situation. It's not merely a defective product; it's the distress it has caused to my family that weighs heavily on our minds.
