Raised multiple queries called multiple times. Is this the Quality of delivery refund/replacement and service from Flipkart . Recently I purchased Infinix laptop as per the subjected order Id During BB day. but it's WiFi not working since 2 days received. No icon WiFi same has been updated and raised a return request, till no no refund or return happened. And when I contacted they sayin wait for 2days , same answer from till date. Raised multiple queries non of the agents are willingness to help .also instead they will repaired even though its hardware issue. Either I need a new laptop or give my money back. All the agents are saying wait wait wait no resolution at all. I suggest this issue to be redirected to concerned team or head for resolution or refund of my money. Exhausting & mind numbing customer service by Flipkart Joel Modestus Rakesh Krishnan Sarah Gideon Flipkart Seller Hub Paid for Apple airpods pro 2 but Apple AirPods 1st generation were delivered instead. After multiple attempts at amicably resolving this issue, your team has blantantly refused to provide a resolution. Why fleece customers? The redundant company policies at Flipkart redirects customers to a 48 hour wait which again ends in no resolution, after which your team re-raises & escalates issue. The customer continues to run in circles while Flipkart claims they are working on things. Please process a refund! Flipkart refused to replace mobile handsets with battery draining and hanging & heating problem I have a complaint against Flipkart’s customer service. I have purchased a Infinix HOT 20 5G (Racing Black, 128 GB) mobile phone from flipkart on 14th Aug, 2023. I received the phone on 16th Aug, 2023. I faced heavy battery draining and hanging & heating problem issues from the first day onward. Hence, I have raised a replacement request for the phone on flipkart, since there is no option for replacement. The request got rejected from flipkart replacement. The battery was draining too fast during normal use. I never expected this kind of pathetic service from flipkart. They made the entire process get delayed so much so as to complete the time limit of 10 days so that they don’t even need to replace the product. Flipkart is now saying to take the phone to the service centre. Without customer satisfaction how can you force someone to keep a product? They should either replace or refund the money. At the end, it is the customer’s hard earned money and you should care about the response or feedback from the customer. Flipkart - seriously disappointed with your service and customer support. Ordered a product(study Table) on 8th October during BBD. ETA was 18th Oct. Never got delivered. Not getting any updates apart from “delayed due to unforseen circumstances”. This was still fine, if I would know next steps. Neither can i cancel the order nor do I know revised delivery date. There’s no update on app either. Have spoken to your customer representatives atleast 5 times during last 10 days. Getting no updates. Every time I call - they escalate, next day mark the ticket as solved. At each escalation the resolution date shifts further by 2 days. I reopen the ticket and loop continues. Dear #Flipkart and #Sony, I have purchased a SONY 138.8 CM (55 INCH) ULTRA HD (4K) LED SMART GOOGLE TV (OD429347428632723100) on 7th October 2023 from FLIPKART and it got delivered to me on 11th October 2023, the product had OPEN BOX DELIVERY, during delivery product seemed fine from outside. Next day on 12th October 2023 when installation person from your side he found out that the SCREEN IS INTERNALLY DAMAGED in the TV, this damage can't be detected during the time of delivery because it's internal damage and for the big products customers are not allowed to switch ON the product until installation person comes and same thing I did that's why at the time of delivery I couldn't detect this defect. Immediately after that in front of the Installation person I raised a complaint for the REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT in the flipkart customer care on the 12th October 2023 itself, now they are denying the replacement and telling me to talk to Brand for the same. As it's a case of internal damage I need a replacement of the product because it's the seller's or company's fault. I have already launched the same complaint in SONY CUSTOMER CARE as well and Sony is also denying the replacement and he is asking me to contact FLIPKART because I have purchased the product from FLIPKART. If you both are denying like this and will not provide any solution where your customer should go ?? Flipkart Flipkart Support Flipkart Ads Hi, I bought a Poco mobile from Flipkart 5 months ago along with a complete mobile protection plan worth 299/- including all offers. (Excluded mobile price) My mobile screen was damaged on 15 Oct due to accidentally slipping, and so for that, I raised a claim request. Now I am telling you about their policies and how they do scams. I was aware that if Jeeves took my mobile for repair they would take at least 7-10 days for that, and so for that tried to raise a claim for payout but they denied payout options due to the unavailability of service in my area. To register a claim for mobile repair they asked me to pay 1000/- processing fees and I asked why it was required their customer support teams told me it was a company policy. I refused to pay processing fees then they asked me to go for a payout that was initially not available in my area and suddenly it was available beyond anyone's understanding. I raised a payout request on 18th Oct and the status of the request is still pending. I asked about the delay in the process to Jeeves support team but they didn't answer they repeated one sentence-" they understand my concern but they don't have the authority/access to share the exact reason behind this." It's almost 15 days gone but still claim request is still pending and the Jeeves support team keeps telling me to wait 5 more days. I have raised this concern over the Twitter platform but they refused to resolve my concern and advised me to keep contacting Jeeves support. I have been using Flipkart for a long time and I realized they only believe in making money instead of serving good services. I have seen their resolution on the Consumer forum and believe some so many customers raised their concerns but the resolution is 1 star out of 5 stars. I purchased an HPE gaming laptop from Flipkart, order ID OD330906722528517100, for a total amount of INR 120,000, paid via credit card. Additionally, I exchanged my old laptop for a value of INR 18,600 and paid INR 5,450 in cash on delivery. Unfortunately, upon receiving the product, I discovered a manufacturing defect. The OEM accepted the return and confirmed a refund for all amounts, including the credit card payment, exchange value, and COD payment. I have shared the confirmation email from the OEM with Flipkart customer support as requested. The Flipkart support executive assured me that a full refund would be processed upon confirmation from the OEM. However, to my surprise and dismay, I have now been informed that Flipkart will only process a refund for the COD amount and not for the exchange value of the laptop. This is entirely unacceptable and contradictory to the initial assurance given by your support team. Here is a summary of my payment breakdown: - Credit Card: INR 120,000 - Exchange Laptop: INR 18,600 - Cash on Delivery: INR 5,450 The total amount to be refunded is INR 144,050, as confirmed by the OEM. Refunding only the COD amount is not only unfair but also a breach of the trust I placed in Flipkart for a seamless resolution of this issue. I kindly request that you reconsider this decision and process the full refund amount, including the exchange value, as initially promised. This will ensure that I am not financially disadvantaged due to this manufacturing defect, which was beyond my control. I have attached all relevant documents and communications for your reference. I trust that you will take prompt action to rectify this situation and uphold the integrity and customer satisfaction standards that Flipkart is known for. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt and favorable response.

I have been repeatedly facing this issues with flipkart delivery. 1. The door to door delivery is not being done. While other companies’ delivery is coming to my doorstep. Thus, me/wife had to drive every time to society gate with a 2 year old. 2. Everytime The delivery boy argues and creates a scene & will not handover the order 3. The orders are marked out for delivery for next 2-3 days without attempt & cancelled ultimately This has been repeating and complained to FK helpline everytime, 5 times in last 2 months. No resolution yet & the same problem is faced time to time. This is a total waste of time, nuisance in front of society, & a mental distress.
