Wobble cushion, recently referred to as wiggle seats are great piece of home equipment which require very little space, are simple to use and affordable! They can be used for children for a broad range of needs from core strengthening to ankle strengthening to sensory input and balance. For children who struggle to sit still due to sensory seeking, wobble cushions provide vestibular and proprioceptive input without having to get up and move around. Some wobble cushions also have a textured side providing tactile input as well.
