What we're here doing, we're doing the welding competition. We come over from Fisher. We want to work with the students, we want to see their progression. So this will be the fifth time that we've come over to do this. They're progression has improved throughout the day, both from coaching, working through the pieces and their own self improvement, their awareness as they're going. Through working on these pieces, what they could do differently, how they could apply themselves to make the better product, get people ready for the workforce, understand what that criteria is gonna look like, how to handle constructive criticism and be the kind of employee that employees in the area are looking for. We can help train on the physical skill, but the soft skills are really what's really important. I love seeing the kids year after year, coming on tours, having those. Discussions coming back here into into the CTE program and meeting them here on their own turf is so cool to see the kids learning new things and how they improve throughout one weldment to the next. It's just enjoyable to see them grow. Students really start to get comfortable around an employer, which is really great because we're it's a good experience and a good taste to see of what it will be like when we actually. In the workforce, this is the type of stuff that we'll be doing. It's a pretty fun competition. We get to practice on real stuff, which is cool. And it is, they do bring down the same jigs that they use for the files that they make. So we get to really get real life experience with what we do and they give us a lot of tips about how to, well, better and how to maximize our efficiency and quality. So it's good to see what we're good at, what we need improvements in and what we enjoy and what we don't. I think what we learned from it and having people with real world like welding and doing what they're teaching us right now, having someone that was actually like has done that came from a company and even having like a manager from that company watching us and telling us about how it works, I think it builds like our confidence. It'll build confidence in like the real world and teach us a lot of untaught skills and a lot of places. I'm a lot more confident in my abilities and I know what I need to improve in. And so I can focus on that. For me it's really important to let the students know that they are they have value, they have huge value. Now we have a skills gap and we have not enough people to replace the people that are retiring. So and it's all over the country.
