What if we lived life like we were all in a cross country meet? What if we watched other people and recognized that we're all just trying to get across the finish line? What if we understood that some people are running as hard as they can but battling illnesses, invisible injuries, and internal struggles? Every step is hard, but they're trying not to quit. What if we cheered for everyone even if they weren't on our team? What if we realized just finishing something, no matter how long it took us or how messy it seemed, was enough? In fact, it was a win. What if we used every race as an opportunity to learn more about ourselves and how we could use each other for support, inspiration, and help to reach our goals? What if we cheered loud for the winner, but even louder for the one who comes in after because they accomplished something great, too? In a world that tells us it's about me, me, me, what if we started living to support everyone brave enough to be in the race? What if we started treating our lives like we were all in the same cross country meet? What a beautiful world that would be. Credit: Whitney Fleming Writes

What direction are you being led towards? One's path and direction can change in an instant. Such paths changed for four fishermen. For Peter and Andrew, "at once"..."left their nets" (Matthew 4:20), as did James and John, "immediately" (4:22), "and followed him" (4:20) to fish for people. So, whatever direction you are being led towards, may it be one that is worthwhile, fulfilling and bountiful. #SeizeIt #Go & #MakeYourMark #ANWadvocatingforhealthyliveshomesandworkenvironments

There is power in your story. Let me tell you why I love my job. A few weeks ago our leadership team were sitting in a planning session as we discussed what the future of our work would look like over the next 1 to 3 years. Our plans were BOLD, industry leading ideas. But one big thing was missing. Our fearless business leader said, it’s missing the heart. Listen, when we begin to put heart in and around our AI advancements, strategies, etc. we won’t have to have so many “Tech For Good” initiatives because Tech will become synonymous with good. It will have heart. Tell YOUR story only the way you can tell it. Then build with that very heart. Don’t leave who you are at the door. Do the exact opposite- bring who you are in and build with it!
So inspired that we have the opportunity to power prosperity around the world. Doing the best work of our lives. What‘s a story only you can tell?
