Isn't that a bit like we are playing big brother? This is one I hear quite a lot. Senior leaders seem to get very worried about this one. Employees pushing back. Being resistant to change. Even when the systems they are bringing are designed to empower all parts of the business. There are many ways to communicate the value of implementing new systems such as FourJaw Manufacturing Analytics so I've simplified it into 3 steps to get you started.
