🔍 Discover the inspiring journey of how LiveSeeding is transforming the future of agriculture through innovative organic seed and plant breeding initiatives, promoting sustainability and diversity across Europe in our latest success story.   🌾 The project, coordinated by the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture FiBL, is a 4-year Innovation Action launched in October 2022. This initiative addresses the critical need for appropriate organic seeds and cultivars, tackling unsolved technical and socio-economic issues to strengthen the organic seed sector.   🌍 #LiveSeeding aims to address the underdeveloped organic seed market in Europe through a "PUSH-PULL-ENABLE" model. This approach enhances the availability of organic seeds, stabilizes market demand, and fosters an enabling policy framework. The project also emphasises skills and knowledge creation, promoting competitiveness and ensuring efficient scaling of organic seed initiatives.   🤝 Supported by the European Commission, the Secrétariat d’Etat à la formation, à la recherche et à l’innovation SEFRI, and the UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) program, LiveSeeding leverages the strengths of partners from 16 countries. The project brings together a diverse partnership that also the Kmetijski inštitut Slovenije (KIS), the ITAB - Institut Technique de l'Agriculture et de l'Alimentation Biologiques, the ÖMKi - Hungarian Research Institute of Organic Agriculture, and many others.    💡 What are the challenges faced by #LiveSeeding?
