We are in the middle of the Festo focus week on #mentalhealth. 🙌🏻🎉 This week, our employees will benefit from an extensive range of activities related to #resilience, #mindfulness and #stress management in everyday life. 🧘♀️ The week was opened by our keynote speaker Prof. Dr. Hans-Dieter Hermann, sports psychologist of the German national soccer team. He allowed us to participate in the stress management strategies of professional athletes and gave us exciting insights into the world of professional sports. ⚽️ What makes sports teams successful can also inspire us for being a high performance organization. We at Festo believe that only a healthy, mentally strong team can perform at such a high level.
