This is something that we have been asked several times since our four networks have announced that we are collectively hosting this event. So, why are Socially Shared Womens Business Support Network, Womens Business Network Ltd, Dawn Owen's High Vibe Tribe and Woman Who, hosting this collectively? We are working together because while we are all Women in Business Networks, we all have something different to offer, a unique business proposition. We also truly want to support women in business and employment to be the best they can be and have access to the support they need. We believe that we are stronger together and can achieve more through collaboration. We have also networked together for years and got to know one another. We have the trust and understanding of each other and have a unique blend of skills that we believe make us a force for good! Networking and building our professional business relationships with each other has enabled us to put the element of competition to one side and see the REAL benefits of working together. How are you celebrating #InternationalWomensDay? 💜 If you aren't sure, here's what we did...👋 I have the pleasure of working with two fantastic ladies in the Gravitas Marketing Team, Hannah Richardson and Frances Warry. Every Monday we start the week with a meeting to catch up about our weekend activities, last week's achievements, talk 'business', but most importantly, inspire each other into the rest of the week. This week we did a #IWD Edition Marketing Meeting. Following a great training session last week by Jordan Carroll, I was inspired to create a IWD task based on self-perception. So during our Monday meeting, we discussed the traits we admire about each other. Why? 💭 1. It's a great way to uplift eachother and celebrate the amazing team that we are! 2. Sets a good reminder about what good things you can bring to the table. 3. Being aware of how you are perceived can encourage other ways with how you might want to positively impact others.
