Director Christopher Wray: I have figured out how to beat the organized crime scheme FBI SAC Joseph Carrico has built in Knoxville and Johnson City, TN known as Gang Stalking. What separates this corruption scheme is the ability to hand select criminals for the purpose of causing the most emotional pain. This tactic is even more effective because he uses it fraudulently out of the same funds real informants are paid, but these informants only serve the purpose to harass and ruin every aspect of the target's life. The effectiveness is compounded again by the strict penalties given if you break your contract. Being a special agent was an aspiration of mine, but I started too late. To anyone thinking of pursuing this- DO IT and don't let time pass by! I'm proud of the experiences in Law Enforcement I did have. They shaped who I am today and made me realize the grit I always had.
