If you need approval on a timecard during the maintenance window, you can either get your timecard signed at a later date if you will be returning to the same facility, or you can submit an emergency timecard with our national service center at 888-427-7019. Clients: Please approve all timecards on Friday, June 21st, prior to the start of the maintenance window, or on Sunday, June 23rd, before the payroll processing window closes. The usability of an app can have just as much of an impact on whether a customer buys or not as the features and functionality. Elise Tacik sent over a client who was struggling with their current payroll and time attendance provider. The biggest reason they were struggling with time is because the app was hard to use, clunky, and provided an experience that the employees just simply were not using. With ClockShark we were able to demonstrate how easy our mobile is to use for employees and also how easy the website is to use for managers and admins. That wasn't enough to close the deal though so we got them into a free trial so they could get some real-world use by employees to see the difference. And wouldn't you know it! The employees took the app easily and quickly and started turning in time the way the client wanted to see it. Along with the integration into ADP for payroll, the client made the switch to ClockShark and ADP as their new solution.
