This somehow reminds me of a classical saying from Nobel Prize laureate for economics 2005, Robert Aumann, that economics ultimately is about one word, which is incentives. Similar situation applies to environment topic that it is a topic which should fall into the hands of scientists and economists where the former dedicate to R&D activities for new green technologies and the latter create incentives to ensure economically viable for R&D, for successful market penetration and therefore wide adoption; certainly not into the hands of ideology driven without a clue to advance and to progress. What a pity!
