Every one of us forms a part of a team, many times a day. Episode 8 relates to the importance of each individual understanding the common goal, for the team that they find themselves in, at that specific moment in time - so that they invest their energy and enthusiasm into successfully achieving that common goal. For example, when our National Sports Teams compete for International Titles - then each individual, who chooses to support that common goal - invests their energy and enthusiasm into rallying behind the team. United we stand, divided we fall. Positive support, in any form, helps to earn success. This is no different within the "every-day" teams that we find ourselves in - every minute of every day. As soon as each individual understands the common goal for their team - then they can invest their energy and enthusiasm into achieving that goal - whether at work, at home or at play. Participation, partnership and working together breeds success.
