Today marks my 100th day at Jewson Partnership Solutions. It has been exciting so far, filled with warmth, support, and new opportunities. Here are a few highlights from this milestone: 🤝 Onboarding and Welcome: From day one, the open and supportive culture at Jewson Partnership Solutions, has helped me understand the business and made me feel like a valued part of the team. 🎨 Projects and Initiatives: Currently, I'm enjoying being involved in some new initiatives, such as the rebranding project of our sister business, George Boyd UK . Exciting times ahead as we shape the future of our brand! 🌐 Company Culture: What impresses me the most is the open and transparent communication within the wider STARK Building Materials UK. ❌The biggest driver for me in buisness. ❌ Without the coaching team and staff we are nothing!🙌 Running regular team socials has always helped us at kixx Gainsborough - it gives the team chance to get to properly know each other over a few social drinks, have a laugh, see different sides (positives). - we don’t just meet at the pub 😂 We have at least 4/5 a year and I’ve seen a massive impact myself and it’s important to have this as part of our culture. Benefits for me. Happy staff - top class retention ☑️ Increased performance ☑️ Bigger team spirit ☑️ Only had to advertise one job this year and that’s due to growth not staff leaving ☑️ Staff feeling valued☑️☑️☑️☑️☑️☑️☑️
