Last Friday, I had my final day as Run Plant Engineer at the Polyurethanes plant. Thanks to the great team, I was able to implement a broad range of long-term improvements regarding EH&S, quality, reliability, and asset utilization. Leaving the PU/IPG "family" after more than 3 years is bittersweet, however as of April 1st, I have started a new challenge as Analytical Operations Leader Chemicals/Ecolab. This will open up new opportunities to further grow within #dow as well as on a personal level. I am very excited to take on this new responsibility and to work closely together with my new team.

Yesterday we had a dinner with the Dow University Relations Team of Eindhoven University of Technology to celebrate another successful academic year. We were able to meet with many students and tell them how it is to work at Dow Benelux, and why we are so #proud to be part of #TeamDow. As several growth and sustainability projects are underway to transform the site, this brings opportunities for interns as well as fresh graduates within departments like Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain and Operations. Our team successfully contributed in attracting talented students who have started an internship and/or a fresh graduate position in Dow.
