For any team to succeed! It only requires three things: 1. A clear vision and direction 2. A team that's like an army(army is different from citizens) 3. Translating that vision to every single person in your team. This applies for startups, enterprises, teams within organisations and #solopreneurs too! Often, as founders - we don't take the effort to write this down clearly, communicate this to the team effectively and we end up thinking that the team doesn't meet our expectations. In first place, founders fail to communicate effectively! Those that do, succeed irrespective of the market scenario and the industry they operate in.
