⚽️ MD-2 Speed Endurance Technical warm-up (phase 1). For me, this warm-up about getting the players ready for extensive based session (bigger areas), by having both technical & physical components. 🎯 This warm-up has 3 simple progressions, but, has appropriate distances get the speed & endurance & lots touches of the ball. 📊 Once players have done this, we move into dynamic stretches, before going into phase 2, more tempo, reactions & COD. #football ##sportscience ##strengthandconditioning

I love doing patent-drawings as much as looking at them! It's like studying styles in art! So, for those who may not be familiar with patent-drawings, like what are those perpendicular-lines with the arrows and numbers in Fig-1? Well those showcase view-direction of the corresponding figure-number. For sample, perpendicular-line-4 with the arrows down, correspond to Fig-4 of the club-head, showcasing that view-direction. This is fact for each of these listing. There is a lot of redundancy in these performances and it's there not as a trammel, more as a complete-authentication of what is being claimed.

How To Stabilize Wrist And Hand Motion For Putting https://lnkd.in/gnGb-kn Players use various grip styles, such as claw, pencil, or lead hand low, in the attempt to stabilize their stroke and "take the hands out". The problem with this approach is that the clubface angle, or where the putter is facing at impact, is not controlled by the hands and wrists. Clubface angle is controlled by motion of the radioulnar joints in the forearms. These joints are the source of pronation and supination of the hands, which directly controls where a putter is pointing at impact. Golfers need plenty of wrist and forearm motion to create power in the full swing but such motion is undesirable in putting as it can easily lead to missed putts. July 27th, LONG TRACK RACE!!!! Yes, that's right, Saturday night the 27th we will be using BOTH SIDES so bring your walking shoes if you plan to crash, 😂🤣😁 This will be 7" specific so if you have a 7'incher you like to show off, this is the race for you! 🍆🌶 This is primarily a Street League points race. (The other half from the one we held during Mayhem earlier this year.) Depending on if enough people have them, we may also throw in a heat or two of the MultiGP Pro Spec 7'inchers, just know these won't be seeded into finals and won't get SL points from those heats. OR... We may run the entire SL race and then run some Pro Spec heats for fun afterward, again all depends on if we have enough folks wanting to do that, so here's your "Heads-Up".
