This week, two of our team members, Rita Bola and Fátima Zorro, were in Stuttgart, collaborating with the prestigious University of Stuttgart on the innovative project ADDOPTML (http://addoptml.ntua.gr/). This project is part of the Horizon 2020 research and innovation program, under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement No 101007595. This week, the European Federation for Welding, Joining and Cutting (EWF) and AILEEN Partners (IDONIAL, MTC, ISQ, LAK, TAI, BWI/BIL FAN3d) had the incredible opportunity to participate in the COVES Forum and WorldSkills 2024 edition in Lyon! At WorldSkills, we were truly inspired by the theme of "learning a new skill" and engaged with more Centres of Vocational Excellence (COVES) at the Sectors Village. It was a great platform for collaboration and knowledge sharing. 🚀 We were excited to present the AREOLA Project and AILEEN projects at our booth, highlighting the innovative use of VR training for advanced manufacturing skills. On the final day, our AILEEN workshop focused on Quality Requirements for COVES, fostering a productive discussion on quality approaches to recognize and transfer outstanding performance.
