Starting Logistics WG and Heavy Duty Booking Task Group! #Logistics is becoming an important market in the Electric Vehicle #charging eco-system. Heavy Duty Vehicles will play a crucial role in the transition towards sustainable transport. Many Heavy Duty Vehicle manufactures already have electric vehicles that require the right available, flexible and usable charging infrastructure. The EVRoaming Foundation is starting a Logistics Work Group with a Heavy Duty Booking Task Group. This way we will contribute to a better accessible market and support the energy transition. In the next period the business and use cases will be defined for how a booking system for HDV should work, supporting open standards between systems. This is done together with market parties that joined already the EVRoaming Foundation as Full Contributor.
