Hi, I am really frustrated over your poor services to me. I wish I checked the reviews online before commencing with this shipment. You picked up a parcel since 16th of June and on 19th the parcel stopped showing update. I started following up immediately only to get a mail from whoever that unfortunately it has been declared missing. I chatted Ezra which isn't helpful at all and I was told to raise a claim which I did. Only for mail to be sent to click on the claim form and it's showing not available. I went back to chat your Ezra, and a mail is sent to me repeating the same process again. This is driving me crazy as I have got valuable items in the package you declared missing and you don't care? What kind of company does this kind of thing? Here is the tracking number C00HHA0493629559. It's either you send the package, or you pay for this and delay. If not you will hear from my lawyer. I have waited too long and you keep taking me back and forth

I have been trying for two hours to talk to anyone from your company about a parcel I sent with you that arrived completely destroyed meaning I have lost £135. The AI you use is useless and keeps sending me round in circles, it is no help at all. I am very frustrated and angry about this. What are you going to do about it?

Is there anyone who actually answers the phone in your customer service or phones customers back? Apart from generic emails from ‘Claire’, we have had zero luck in speaking with anyone regarding a parcel despatched on the 1st July and disappeared on the 10th! It’s now the 19th and no one will speak with me.

I have had multiple deliveries from Evri where the parcel has been left in an insecure location and stolen. This has lost me hundreds of pounds. Your customer service is awful, and you don't allow any way to feedback to the system, or solve the problem. Please fix this as it is appalling.

You do not need to IMPROVE the service. You just need to PROVIDE the service you are promising to the customer.
