Evonik Oil Additives Asia Pacific in Singapore hosted a group of NTUC students this week. The students had the opportunity to participate in classroom activities and get an exclusive insight into the work and workplace at Evonik's production site on Jurong Island. They were briefed by the mentors on who and what it takes to run a production facility efficiently, and on the various technical roles and responsibilities as well as the career opportunities available within Evonik. This visit was a great platform for both the mentees and our mentors to build a professional relationship and help the students gain clarity and confidence in their future careers.
