Today's release of guidance for the 30C infrastructure tax credit provides much needed clarity for the industry as we look to scale up charging infrastructure and accelerate transportation electrification. Most importantly, each charging port is defined as a "single item of property" for the purpose of credit calculation. This is essential for developers like EV Realty to know how the credit applies to our sites. We applaud The White House for recognizing that the key consideration is the number of vehicles that can charge simultaneously and defining the credit in a way that lets industry design the best solutions to meet fleet demand.
